The claim that had to balance.

A regional insurer needed every claim reprinted on demand, decades after settlement, with the original figures intact. We rebuilt the archive so each document carries its own arithmetic. In twenty-two years no reissued statement has failed to reconcile.

Sector · Health research

A registry that forgets nothing.

A patient research lab kept records across four formats and three custodians. We built one calm index over all of it, preserving who entered each figure and when. The auditors now ask their questions of the system, and the system answers.

Sector · Public sector

Moving the forestry rolls.

An eleven-year set of public records had to leave aging hardware without losing a line. We ran the old and new side by side for a full season until the two agreed to the row, then quietly retired the old. No citizen noticed the move, which was the point.
